Bulgur

Bulgur is a product obtained through cleaning, according to the Triticum durum wheat technique, drying and pounding. 

It is rich in fibers, its carbohydrate value is low and its protein value is high. It is an important nutrition source due to Vitamin B1 and folic acid it contains.

Because it is cooked and dried, it is resistant to mould growth and it has a long shelf live.
